Order processing

Standard products are prepared for dispatch according to current availability. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Personalized products enter production only after the customer confirms the proof. Production normally takes 2–3 business days after confirmation, before carrier transit time begins.

Shipping and tracking

Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivery name and address before completing checkout. If an address correction is needed, contact lenc@lieeflatcat.com as soon as possible. A change cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.

Carrier, customs, weather, and other external delays may affect the estimated delivery date. For help with a delayed, damaged, or missing shipment, contact lenc@lieeflatcat.com with the order number.
