How long does shipping take?
We ship from two warehouses:
• Guangzhou, China (Global) — 7-15 business days
• Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Local) — 3-5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?
International shipments can sometimes experience delays at customs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Products
How do the solar-powered products work?
Our solar products have a small solar panel that converts light into energy. Just place them in direct or indirect sunlight (or under a bright lamp), and they'll start moving on their own. No batteries needed!
Do they work indoors?
Yes! They work best near a window with natural light, but they can also run under bright indoor lighting. Dim rooms may not provide enough energy for movement.
What materials are used?
Our products are made with HIPS and ABS plastics — durable, lightweight, and long-lasting. All paints are non-toxic and safe for home and office use.
Are batteries included for non-solar products?
Battery-powered products (classic lucky cats) require AA or AAA batteries, which are not included due to shipping regulations. The required battery type is listed in each product description.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Standard products may be returned within 7 days after delivery if they meet the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy. Eligible European Union distance purchases retain the applicable statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What does "LIEE FLAT CAT" mean?
LIEE is a playful blend of "lie" (relaxing) and "lee" (a sheltered place). FLAT CAT is the spirit animal of our Lazy Active philosophy — fully relaxed, still thriving. Together, it's our way of saying: take it easy, let the sun do the work.
Where are you based?
Our design workshop and main warehouse are in Guangzhou, China, with a second warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for faster Southeast Asian delivery.
